_{The rental cottage is located next door to the motel and is NO SMOKING. The house has 2 bedrooms, 1 has a queen bed and cable TV and the other has a double bed.  It has one full bathroom. The front room has a double and a twin bed, a regular sofa, and cable TV.  There is a dining room with a table and 4 chairs.  The kitchen has a microwave, full size refrigerator and stove, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, and dishes.  All bedding and towels are also included.  The house is located right on trail 17  in downtown Mercer, within easy walking distance of numerous restaurants, pubs and places to shop.} 

Rental Cottage Rates: SPRING/SUMMER 2018

• $130/night for up to 4 people 
• 3 night minimum
• Each additional person is $10/night (max of 7 in the cottage)
• Check in is anytime after 3PM and Check out is 10AM
• Weekly rate, stay 6 nights and the 7th is free
• Rates do not include tax, which is 10%
• Prices subject to change
• The cottage now has free Cinemax!
• No smoking is allowed in the cottage! (Wisc. State Law)
