Rental House

The rental house is located next door to the motel and is no smoking. The house has 2 bedrooms and one full bathroom. Fully furnished with 1 full size bed, 4 twin beds and a sofa. Equipped with color cable T.V.,  a dining table and chairs,  microwave, fullsize refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, toaster and dishes.  All bedding and towels are also included.  The house is located right on trail 17/51 in downtown Mercer, within easy walking distance of numerous restaurants and pubs.  The house is air conditioned for your comfort.

Rental House Rates:   Summer/Fall 2010

• $110/night for up to 5 people 
• 2 night minimum (3 nights for Holidays and special events)
• Each additional person is $10/night
• Weekly and monthly rates available
• Rates do not include tax
• Prices subject to change
• No smoking is allowed in the house
