Rental House

A group rental house is available next door to the motel. The house has 2 bedrooms and one full bathroom. Fully furnished with 1 full size bed, 1 full size futon, 3 twin beds and a sofa. Equipped with color cable T.V.,  a dining table and chairs,  microwave, refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, toaster and dishes for the comforts of home.  All bedding and towels are also included.  The house is located right on trail 17/51 in downtown Mercer, within easy walking distance of numerous restaurants and pubs.  The house is air conditioned for your comfort.

Rental House Rates:

• $125/night for up to 5 people 
• 2 night minimum (3 nights for Holidays and special events)
• Each additional person is 10.00 per night
• Weekly and monthly rates available
• Rates do not include sales tax
