What are your check-in and check-out times?

Check in is 2PM
Check out is 10AM

Will my reservation be held for late arrival?

Yes, once your reservation is held with a credit card, your reservation is guaranteed.

Do you allow late checkout or early check in?

We can usually accommodate your request, just let us know your specific needs.

How old do you have to be to rent a room?

You must be 18 with a valid driver’s license.

What is the cancellation policy?

Our policy requires at least 48 hour advance notice. For Holidays and Special Events 1 week required.

I will be traveling late. How late can I check in?

If arriving after 10:00 p.m., please call us at 715-476-2330 or Cell: 715-904-0533 and let us know.

Do you have Internet access?

Yes, we have secured Wi-Fi internet

How close are you to shopping, grocery store, etc?

There are several unique shops (some are open summer only) within about a block of the motel. There is a Laundromat and grocery store just down the street from the motel.

Is there a bar or restaurant near you?

The Heart of the North, Johnny’s, Around the Corner Pub, The Pines, The Anchor Inn and Tom’s Café are all within a block of the motel.

Is there a liquor store near you?

The gas station next door sells liquor. Snows Family Market just down the street has a large liquor department.

Are you on a lake or what’s the closest lake to you?

Mercer Lake is right across the street from the motel and several more within a couple miles.

Do you allow smoking in the rooms?

There is absolutely no smoking in our guest rooms per Wisconsin statute.

Is there a fine if I smoke in a guest room?

Yes, there is a fine of up to $250 if there is evidence of smoking in the room. Smoking in a room typically requires hiring a professional cleaning company to deodorize the room.

Do you allow pets?

Sorry, no.

Do you have a vending machines?

No.

Are there refrigerators in your guest rooms?

All the rooms have small refrigerators.

Are there microwaves in your guest rooms?

Rooms 2. 7 and the kitchenette have a microwave.

Are there coffeemakers in your guest rooms?

Only the kitchenette has a coffeemaker.

Do you have grills we can use for grilling out?

Yes, I have a Weber grill available to use.

Do we need to bring our own linens or towels?

No. They are all supplied.

Do you have a pool or hot tub?

NO

What season is best to visit?

Mercer is a wonderful place to visit year round.

Are you open year around?

Yes.
